Her islands and highlands have been staging grounds for her adventurous and challenging history. Our journey through Britain takes us to Gretna Green, most famous for weddings. Then to Dumfries to visit the Robert Burns House where the Bard spent the last years of his life. Then to Inveraray to explore the imposing Inveraray Castle, home of the chiefs of the Clan Campbell. And onto Auchindrain, a village that survived the Highland Clearances.
