Call or Visit Us

You can call us on (02) 9922 7111 or visit our premises at 72 Bathurst Street, Sydney NSW 2000. We are just a three minute walk from the train station / light rail stop at Town Hall as well as various bus stops at the Queen Victoria Building in York Street, or a five minute walk from the Gadigal metro station. You will find us between Kent and Sussex Streets.

Our reception team is available to respond to all inquiries by phone or in-person from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm (not including NSW public holidays or the week between Christmas and New Year).

You can enrol into a course or event by viewing our Courses or Events pages. Please note that only students who are 18 years old and above can enrol into our courses. There are no special qualifications or knowledge required for any course unless specified in the course description and there are no exams.

Our courses and events are split into 4 terms - Summer (January to April), Autumn (April to June), Winter (June to September), Spring (September to December). WEA Sydney is closed on NSW Public holidays and on the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Summer Term 2025: Monday 13th January - Friday 11th April (Main Program starts: 3rd Feb)

Autumn Term 2025: Monday 14th April - Friday 4th July (Main Program starts: 28th Apr)

Winter Term 2025: Monday 7th July - Friday 26th September (Main Program starts: 21st Jul)

Spring Term 2025: Monday 29th September - Friday 19th December (Main Program starts: 13th Oct)

If you have to miss a session of your course, you can contact us and we will let the tutor know. If you have to withdraw from a course, please contact us by phone or email to let us know. If the course has already been confirmed to proceed or already commenced, we are unable to provide you with a refund or credit note.

We check the viability of courses daily and notify you as soon as we have the minimum for it to commence. If the course is not able to run, we will inform you that it has been cancelled by phone and email.
