If you are unable to enrol on our website, please contact us by phone or by email. If you are enrolling by phone, we ask that you have your credit card details ready. WEA Sydney accepts all major credit cards (Amex/MasterCard/Visa).

If you are joining the meeting via a phone or a tablet you will need to download and install the Microsoft Teams app from your relevant App store:

Laptops / Desktops do not necessarily need the Teams app to join in on the meeting as you can use the following link instead - https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-teams/join-a-meeting - but if you still wish to access the meeting via the app, you can download it from Microsoft’s website at https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-teams/download-app

You will receive an email from WEA Sydney with a link, meeting ID and passcode close to the start of the course starting (usually within 48 hours). If your course is over multiple days or weeks, you will use the same details each time to login. You do not need to sign up for a Microsoft Account in order to join the meeting.

All discounted prices listed in our course catalogue or on the website are calculated from the full fee of the course or event you are enrolling into. If you are eligible for a discount, you cannot combine this with additional discounts; whichever entitles you to the lowest discounted price will apply only. For more information, visit our Discounts & Vouchers page.

Sitting in on a class is not an option. If you are concerned about the suitability of a class for you, contact us for assistance.

WEA Sydney recognises the need to guarantee that services are accessible to students with disabilities and has an accessible toilet located on the ground floor and lift access for mobility-disadvantaged students at the front entrance. If you have any special needs in any of these areas that will require assistance, please tell us when you enrol by phone/person or fill out the relevant section on the online enrolment form. Relevant tutors are advised if a student with specific needs has enrolled into a class.
