With the arrival of the Spaniards in the Americas in 1492, there was a significant exchange of products between cultures, being chocolate one of the main foods. The arrival of these products in Spain not only changed the way people ate at the time, but also the lexicon. Many of the words we use in Spanish come from ancient languages such as Nahuatl and Quechua. Join us in this workshop and find out about the gastronomic and linguistic heritage the Aztecs left to the Hispanic world.
