Available Classes
We hear of the big players in the Middle East such as Israel, Iran and Saudi Arabia, but we don’t often hear much about the smaller countries who can, at times, play a pivotal role. This role could be a pro-active one like the UAE or a role governed by larger powers. Yemen is such an example where there is a proxy war being fought in Yemen by Iran and Saudi Arabia at huge and tragic cost to the people of Yemen. This course looks at the history and role today of the UAE, Yemen, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.
