Rocco is from Livorno, Italy. He has gained extensive life experiences through his travels learning languages such as English while in Ireland, Spanish while in Spain and Portuguese while in Brazil. He has also gained teaching experience while in Spain and particularly in Australia where he teaches both Italian and swimming instruction. His philosophy for teaching and learning is to adopt a practical approach and he believes that to gain a deep understanding of a language one must speak the local language and appreciate the culture in which it is embedded.
