...Whether you are looking to follow-up what you learned in the 'Tech Savvy Seniors: Intro to Online Shopping & Banking 1' workshop with some hands-on activities, or perhaps you already have a basic understanding of online shopping and billing and want to see how they work and what you need to get set up before deciding to use them at home, then this is the workshop for you.
Prerequisite: Attendance in 'Tech Savvy Seniors: Intro to Online Shopping & Banking 1' (or equivalent knowledge)
The Tech Savvy Seniors program (held in partnership with the NSW Government and Telstra) delivers government-funded digital literacy training to seniors (aged 60 years and above) and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander elders (aged 50 years and above) who have little or no experience in using technologies or require additional skills and confidence to use and adapt to new technologies, so they can develop the skills and confidence to access information and services online, or connect with family and friends.

COURSE OUTLINE
- Pay bills online, either through a biller’s site or through net banking
- Understand the benefits of online banking and shopping
- Take precautions to stay safe online
- Buy and sell items on eBay
