Shinobu has a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Area Studies in Japan; a Master's in Sociology and has completed PhD coursework in International Relations in South Korea. She also holds a Master's in Translation in Australia. She has teaching experience in both Korean and Japanese languages in Community Language Courses in multiple countries and currently teaches at a University in Australia. She has a strong interest in supporting adults with second language acquisition and is currently studying for her Master of Teaching.
