Cohen is a lecturer in Bioethics at the University of Wollongong and a former tutor with Primary Ethics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Philosophy and is currently a PhD candidate in Applied Ethics. His research explores questions in neurotechnology, moral psychology, human enhancement, and philosophy of mind. Cohen's work has been published in leading academic journals and popular outlets like The Conversation, and he is also a member of professional associations that include the International Neuroethics Society (INS), the Australasian Association of Philosophy (AAP), and Sydney Health Ethics network (SHE). Cohen is a passionate and sociable educator whose dynamic approach fosters student participation.
