Malta became a republic in 1974 but what is its relationship with Britain, NATO and Europe today? Liechtenstein and Luxembourg are constitutional monarchies with a Prince and a Grand Duke as heads of state. Along with the Vatican and Monaco they are 4 of the wealthiest nations in the world.
