- An overview of the super and pension system – contribution caps, general transfer balance cap, limited recourse borrowing arrangement, insurance strategy inside super, Small Business CGT Concessions, tax-effective inter-generational wealth transfer and death benefit nomination options.
- Estate Planning – how would you prefer to pass down your hard-earned assets? Who will make financial and medical decisions for you if you lose mental capacity? Other useful estate planning tools – living Wills, education fund for grandchildren, charity foundation and testamentary trusts.
